Our Terms and Conditions

We are a contingency-based company; therefore, our services are completely free until the match is made and the candidate has begun his or her work. At that point, we charge client companies:

Search Fee: The fee for our services, once completed, is calculated at twenty-five (25%) of the hired candidate’s estimated first year base compensation.

Payment Terms: Once the hired candidate begins to work, our fee is due and payable ten (10) calendar days later.

Expenses: All required expenses such as telephone, fax, overnight delivery and our own travel are our contribution to the hiring process. A candidate’s expenses such as travel to an interview, relocation or moving expenses are either his or her own or the company’s responsibility.

Guarantee: If a placed candidate terminates or is terminated from his or her position for any reason other than company downsizing or lack of work within thirty (30) calendar days of his or her start, N2 Technologies will find a suitable replacement within a reasonable time or pro-rate a refund of the search fee based on the number of calendar days employed.
